No. External subscriptions and fees such as Shopify, apps, domains, hosting, and AI/API services are paid separately, unless explicitly included in the offer.
Yes. Practical training is included in every package: orders, products, customers, analytics, marketing and discounts, payments and shipping, apps and content.
Yes. We connect Shopify with Econt and Speedy for waybills, rates, and cash on delivery. We also work with other couriers and payment systems — the price depends on the scope.
Yes. The multi-country setting is included in the Premium package and can be added to the other packages. For more complex cases, we offer a multi-store architecture.
The Premium package includes 1 month of support, and the Custom package includes 2 months. After that, we offer monthly plans for website, Shopify, and premium support.
We do not charge by the hour. The services in the selected package are covered by its price. Additional features are calculated separately based on the scope, and if needed, we can prepare a custom package.
Yes. Urgent tasks and tight deadlines are possible for an additional fee, which we agree upon in advance.
Yes. We are developing the brand's marketing—Meta and Google ads, email campaigns, content, and results analysis. The scope and pricing are determined individually after a discussion.
